Magical Catskills Wedding at Full Moon Resort || Kat and Nitzan

From our first conversation, I knew Kat and Nitzan’s vision for a magical Catskills wedding was going to be a special one.

Coming from NYC, Kat and Nitzan desired a day away from the hustle and bustle of the city in exchange for the sanctuary of the Catskill mountains. This set the stage for their wedding priorities: a wedding that felt true to who they were as a couple, and an overall experience that was less about “stuff” and “traditions,” and more about their relationship. Say no more! 😍 Their vision for an organic, free-flowing, and low-key wedding turned out to be a total score at their enchantingly unique venue, Full Moon Resort

As professional musicians, a HUGE part of Kat and Nitzan’s life is anchored around music, and I love that they chose a venue that also doubles as a music retreat center!

Full Moon Resort is a rustic yet sophisticated, year-round destination resort in the heart of the Hudson Valley. It boasts a one-hundred-acre wonderland of meadows, forests and spring-fed streams. It was truly the most jaw-dropping backdrop for Kat and Nitzan’s wedding, and being only 2.5 hours away from NYC, it felt like a magical and adventurous getaway.

The couple chose to keep their wedding minimal so they could enjoy intentional time with their guests.

Many of their attendees actually traveled from all over the country, not to mention overseas, and many of them were actually able to spend the entire weekend WITH Kat and Nitzan at the Full Moon Resort. This was especially meaningful for Nitzan, whose family is from Israel! Kat and Nitzan were able to share extra quality time with the most important people in their lives - people who they very rarely get to see and squeeze. 🥹This made their wedding weekend so sweet and sentimental, basically like a massive family reunion with their marriage being the biggest cherry on top! ❤️

Surrounded by their beautiful community, they were able to say their “I Do’s” under a canopy of greens in Upstate NY.

Their ceremony was heartfelt, serene, and emotional, including multiple readings, special music scores, and handwritten vows. They truly nailed their vision for an organic, yet enchanting day, which was brought to life by the following amazing team of vendors:
