"You know you found the best photog when even your husband raves about them!"
Obviously I loved Emilee’s photography style and her personality, hence why I hired her, so I won't go on and on about how much I adored her and her work. But Darren (my hubs) constantly tells people how easygoing and fun she was. He really doesn't care to have his photo taken, but Emilee made him feel so comfortable and confident. From the first meeting we had with her, to the time she delivered our wedding photos and more, she has taken care of us and then some every step of the way. I’m so thankful we were able to work with such a kind, understanding, and thoughtful photographer.

I’m based in Upstate NY, but I love and travel often for weddings! Based on where your wedding is (New York or out-of-state) my packages include travel fees! So there will never be any additional fees or hidden expenses, ever.

Sure do! I upload a minimum of 50+ sneak peek photos to your online gallery within 72 hours of your wedding. These are yours to share with family and friends, post on social media, and soak in and salivate over while you await your full gallery—a little preview of the magic from your gorgeous day!

A 2nd shooter is ESPECIALLY helpful when you have a large guest list (not a hard and fast rule, but think 100+ headcount!) They are also invaluable for getting that extra layer of detail on wedding day. Two photographers can divide and conquer for getting separate bride/groom getting ready photos, FULL cocktail hour coverage (whereas I, the lead photographer, am often doing family portraits for a portion of this!), extra candids/table photos with your guests, and more. And honestly, they just tend to ramp up the level of fun all-around!

I’m fortunate enough to call so many amazing, local photographer “friends,” and they’re the people that I reach out to for second shooting! It usually depends on your day/time and their availability, but this is my group of go-to gals– creatives that are equally as warm, fun, and engaging for your wedding day! :)

A million times over, YES! Honestly, engagement photos are one of the best parts of working together! They’re an easy, low-pressure way to get comfortable in front of the camera before wedding day, and they also give us a chance for us to actually meet in person! Whether you come to me or I come to you, engagement photos help build trust and ease— not to mention, they’re incredibly practical and beautiful for save-the-dates, invitations, wedding websites, and more. Literally, must have!

Short answer: 1,000%! A first look is invaluable for getting out pre-ceremony nerves and jitters, sharing private vows, and stealing a quiet, intimate moment before all your festivities commence! They also give us the chance to crank out the majority of your formal portraits pre-ceremony so that you can be FULLY PRESENT during cocktail hour. I could go on and on here, but unless you really covet a “traditional” first look (seeing each other on the aisle), I can’t recommend a first look enough!

I deliver all your final, high-resolution, edited images in an online gallery where you can view, download, and print the images. I provide a print release, and the gallery can also be shared with family and friends!
